We diagnose first. Then we build.

Borea Labs exists because growing companies keep buying technology before understanding their own operations: paying once for the tool, and again to undo it. We map the real problem and solve it, for the owners and leaders of companies whose operation has outgrown how it runs.

Fernando Borea

From the founder

I started Borea Labs in San Salvador in 2024, after a decade building software for business operations. Most of that was for companies past the point where a spreadsheet and a few good people could hold things together. I kept seeing the same mistake: technology bought before anyone understood the operation it was meant to fix. So this firm diagnoses first, and builds only what the diagnosis earns.

Before Borea: trading systems that ran live for three years: 15+ strategies, three incidents. Then a B2B SaaS I took to 3,000+ users in four months as product lead. That history is the method: diagnose like an engineer, ship like an operator.

How we work

We'll tell you when the answer is 'don't buy anything yet.' And when we get something wrong, you'll hear it from us first.

01

Diagnosis before prescription: we don't recommend what we haven't seen.

02

Scope in writing and milestones you approve: nothing moves without your yes.

03

You work with the same team from diagnosis through delivery: the people who find the problem build the fix.

We stay until the solution works in your business, not just on paper.
