AI Blueprint
You've decided AI matters. Now you need to know where it actually pays off.
The AI Blueprint tells you where AI earns its place in your business, and where it doesn't yet. You get a prioritized plan: what to adopt, what has to be ready first, and in what order.
We reply within one business day.
Sounds familiar?
- Your board, investors or peers are pressuring you on AI.
- You've run AI experiments and they haven't paid off.
- You're about to invest in AI and want to be sure the company is ready.
- Your team already uses AI tools on their own, with no plan behind it.
- You can name a dozen places AI could help and can't tell which one to start with.
If any of these sounds familiar, the AI Blueprint was built for exactly this: telling you where AI pays off in your business, and handing you the plan to get there.
What you get
Three documents, and a month of us on call.
Blueprint Report
The reference your team returns to for months: the operating map, every finding and the roadmap for adopting AI where it pays off.
Executive Findings Presentation
We walk your leadership through the findings, so the people deciding what comes next have the full picture.
Project Briefs
One for each top opportunity on the roadmap. Each is scoped and ready to build from, with no need to repeat discovery.
30 days of decision support
After delivery, we stay reachable while you decide what moves first.
What actually happens
Typically three to eight weeks, depending on scope.
Diagnose.
We interview leaders as well as the people doing the work, then review the systems, documents and data they rely on. That evidence becomes a map of how the business runs, and of the data and systems AI would have to work with.
Analyze.
With the map in hand, we look for the work where AI pays off and check what has to be ready for it: the data, the way that work runs today and the people who would use it. Each use case becomes an opportunity: what to adopt, what it takes to be ready and what the business gains.
Prioritize.
We rank each opportunity by impact, effort, risk and readiness, and review the priorities with the people who own the work. That review produces an ordered plan, with the top opportunities vetted and ready to implement.
Present.
We present the findings, the priorities and the roadmap to your leadership. What happens next is your decision: implement with us, with your own team or with another partner.
We take a small number of engagements at a time.
That means only a few start dates are open at any time, and they go in the order conversations begin. The sooner you reach out, the earlier the date you can hold.
Start the conversationHow pricing works
No two companies run the same way, so the fee depends on how much there is to diagnose:
- 01How many workflows we map
- 02How many people we interview
- 03How many locations or teams are involved
- 04How tangled the data and systems are
Whatever the scope, the fee is fixed: quoted after a short call and agreed before we start.
What happens if it does not work
Hiring a diagnosis means paying before the results exist. We think that risk belongs on both sides of the table, so every Blueprint comes with two commitments in writing:
- 01The implementation credit
- If you hire us to start implementing the roadmap within 30 days of the final presentation, the full Blueprint fee counts toward that work.
- 02The strategic value guarantee
- If you don't have clarity and direction by the end of the engagement, we keep working with your team for up to 30 more days. After that, either we scope the work that follows, with your implementation credit still valid for it, or we agree a fair refund for the value not delivered.
You can receive the implementation credit or a refund, not both.
Common questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope, and here's exactly what moves it: workflows, interviews, locations, systems. The fee itself is fixed, quoted after a short call and agreed before we start.
Do we have to hire you to implement?
No. The plan works with us, with your team, or with someone else. However, if you start implementing the roadmap with us within 30 days of the final presentation, the full Blueprint fee counts toward that work.
Can't we skip the diagnosis? We know what we need.
You can: that's what Custom Software is for, when there's already a clear project to build. The AI Blueprint is for when you want to know where AI pays off across the business, and the roadmap to get there. Either way, we confirm the scope before anything gets built.
What if we're not sure AI is the answer?
Then start with the Modernization Blueprint. It looks at the whole operation, and AI is one of the tools it can recommend, not the starting point. The AI Blueprint is for teams that have already decided AI is the direction and need to know where it pays off first.
How much of our team's time does this take?
About two hours per interviewed person. Leadership adds a kickoff, a mid-point check and the final presentation.
Will you just tell us to use AI everywhere?
No. If AI isn't the right call somewhere, we say so; that's what you're paying for. And expect foundation work at the top of the roadmap: that's what makes an AI deployment safe.
Tell us what's slowing you down.
We reply within one business day, and if we're not the right fit, we'll say so.
