AI Development
We build AI agents and integrations that read documents, sort requests and draft first versions inside the tools your team already uses. You choose which cases a person reviews.
We reply within one business day.
Sounds familiar?
- You can name where AI should help: documents to read, requests to sort, the same questions answered every day.
- An AI pilot worked in a demo and never made it into the daily work.
- Your team pastes company data into ChatGPT to get answers your own systems should give.
- Vendors keep pitching AI features, and none of them fit how your business runs.
- An AI assessment, ours or anyone's, named the use case, and now it has to be built.
If that's where you are, we take a use case you can already name to an AI system your team relies on every day.
What you get
Every AI build delivers three things, each named in detail in the proposal.
A running AI system
An agent, assistant or integration built to the agreed scope and running in your business, with the cases a person reviews agreed before it's built.
Its operating guide
What it does, what it decides on its own, which cases go to a person and how its quality and cost are tracked, written for the people who will own it.
A handover your team can run
Training and monitoring in place, with us on call while it settles.
How the work runs
The team that scopes the use case is the team that builds it.
Scope the use case.
The first milestone tests the use case on your real work: the data it needs, the cases it will see and which of them a person reviews. If a plain automation would do the job better, we say so before anything is built.
Build and test, milestone by milestone.
Each milestone is agreed in writing before it starts and tested on cases from your business against the way your team does the work today. You pay by milestone.
Hand over and monitor.
The system goes to your team with the operating guide, training and monitoring for quality and cost. The cases agreed for review reach a person instead of moving on unchecked, and we stay on call while it settles in.
A few engagements at a time.
Start dates go in the order conversations begin, so the sooner you reach out, the earlier the date you can hold.
Start the conversationHow pricing works
No two AI systems are the same size, so the fee depends on what has to be built:
- 01How many tasks it takes on, and how much judgment each one needs
- 02What it has to read and connect to: documents, data and tools
- 03How much of its work a person reviews, and how that review runs
- 04How much it will be used, which sets what it costs to run
One proposal prices the whole build, and you pay it in milestones. The first milestone confirms the use case.
How the engagement is governed
The same four rules on every build, agreed before work starts, so nothing surprises you mid-build:
- 01Scope
- All the work priced in one proposal before it starts, and put in writing in detail by the first milestone.
- 02Delivery and payment
- By milestone.
- 03Changes
- Mid-engagement changes are agreed in writing, with their cost stated before they're built.
- 04The consulting credit
- If our operations or AI consulting came first and, within 30 days of its final presentation, you hired us to build, its fee counts toward this work.
Common questions
How much does AI development cost?
It depends on how many tasks the system takes on, what it reads and connects to, how much of its work a person reviews and how much it's used. One proposal prices the whole build, milestone by milestone, before you commit.
What will it cost to run each month?
It depends on how much the system is used and which model each task needs. The estimate lands in the first milestone, with the specification and before anything is built, so you know the running cost before the build starts.
Are you an AI development company?
Yes. We build AI agents and integrations, and one team takes each one from the use case to running in your business. The difference is the first milestone: it tests the use case on your own data and cases before anything is built, and tells you when a plain automation would do the job better.
What can AI agents do for a business?
The work that takes reading, sorting or drafting rather than copying: reading invoices and contracts, sorting and answering requests, finding answers in your own documents, preparing a first draft for a person to approve. An agent does it inside the tools your team already uses, within limits agreed with you.
Is AI development worth it for a small business?
When the work it takes on costs your team hours every week, it can be; when it doesn't, a tool off the shelf is cheaper, and we'll say so. You decide on numbers, not on a demo: what the build costs, what it costs to run and the hours it takes off your team.
Can't we just use ChatGPT or Copilot?
For a lot of work, yes, and we'll say so. A build makes sense when the work has to run on your data and your tools, the same way every time, with an agreed answer to what happens when it gets something wrong.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Before we build, we agree with you which cases a person reviews, and those go to your team instead of moving on unchecked. Every milestone is tested on cases from your business, and monitoring tracks its quality after handover.
Is our data safe?
We sign an NDA before you share any data. Then, in the first milestone and before anything is built, we set the rules with you: which data the system can read, where it's processed and which provider's terms apply.
Do we need AI consulting first?
No. You can hire AI Development directly when you can name the use case. If you want to know where AI pays off across the business first, start with AI consulting; the plan it hands you makes the first milestone shorter.
AI Development, Process Automation or Custom Software?
If every step follows rules, it's an automation. If the process needs a system it doesn't have yet, it's Custom Software. If a step needs reading, sorting or drafting that rules can't handle, it needs AI. Many projects are more than one, and one proposal covers them.
